Mix 3 or 4 Tablespoons of Hydrogen Peroxide with 1 teaspoon of Dawn dish detergent. Or you could soak the yellow spot in Oxi Clean.
Or use a whitener, you can find it where they sell the laundry soap

Soak it for at least 8 hours in a hydrogen based dry bleach, like Oxyclean. I use the same product from the Dollar Tree at a fraction of the price as Oxyclean. Follow the package directions.

Here in Australia you can buy a soaker from the grocery store that will remove colours that have run into each other. So maybe check in the cleaning isle. It is a little sachet.

Try using Dye gone! available from supermarkets.
Hydrogen peroxide and sunlight should help. You can try a color catcher but that would entail washing the entire belt. Fels naptha might also remove it.
