What is an easy and relatively inexpensive fix for my deck railing?

I have a 6-month old kitten that likes to jump up and walk across the railing of my deck. I live in a 3rd floor condo so if she were to fall, it's a long way day and I fear she would be badly hurt. How can I subtly add some protection to the railing that would prevent her from falling over and also keep her of main top of the railing? 3rd floor condo so if she were to fall, it's a long way day and I fear she would be badly hurt. I have an HOA to contend with so whatever I do needs to be as invisible as possible.

Thank you.

Get some screen from HD or Lowe's , cut to size and staple on the inside so the kitten can't jump in the rail. There are screens that have an invisible look.

Relax, the kitten knows how far it is to the ground. We have a loft in our great room. Our Siamese cats loves to sit on the rail and observe people downstairs. She has done that for years. never jumped

I don't think she would jump intentionally but she might get excited if she sees a bird or something and forget where she is sitting. Or, she might just slip by accident.
