I think you're talking about spice racks. They are great for organizing just about anything.
I used a magazine rack or a mail tray to hold my cookie sheets.
Hello! Here is a Hometalk idea to store cookie sheets and muffin pans in an organized way in your pantry:

Not really, all good ideas but would not work for my situation. I have an end bottom cupboard and there was some kind of rack that you screwed to the top of the cupboard then bent the rack up to make a pocket-like to hold cookie sheets. I need to know what kind of rack it was that could be bent up. Thanks for any info.
looking for kind of rack yet.
I vaguely remember that being posted on Hometalk but I can't find it either. :( What if you built a light weight shelf with vertical dividers and hung it from the top? If you have more room, you could build a shelf that looks like a step-stool with dividers? You could use that to organize other types of cookware. maybe?
The only kind of rack that I can think of that would bend would be a longer, bake goods cooling rack. What about using something like sheet metal? You would have to be careful about sanding the edges so they weren't sharp but they could be bent. Another thought would be to take a trip to Lowes, Home Depot, etc. to see what they have that you could adapt.
I wish you the best of luck in finding what you need.
I saw someone used the metal magazine holders and you can mount them under cabinets, shelves, on the side walls or on the doors. Pretty neat.
