My latest medication comes with these desiccant canisters. I've been saving them all but I don't know if they can be re-used in any way. Any ideas?

You can paint them and use them as gift holders :)
So many uses! Button, pin, needle holders, you can even make a little pincushion and glue it on the top. I use them on weekend getaways to hold a couple of days worth of meds because the don't open easily and spill out. Decorate them for ornaments, you can even put tiny gifts or candy in them. They can hold matches, travel shampoo or lotion. I've put rice, beans, beads, jingle bells in them, permanently sealed them to make "instruments" or guessing games.
My sister is a High School art teacher. I know she saves them and uses them for something in class....could always donate to a school
Glue a decorative pebble to the lid, then bury in garden (leaving pebble above the earth) you can keep a spare key in it and it will be cleverly disguised!
Ooo
What a pretty way to hold your aspirin in your purse. And be sure to add a magnet to the top of the one for holding nails or screws. :D
