How do you clean film off inside of car windshield ?

I have tried vinegar, soap and water, BonAmi and Windex and I still see streaks when the sun shines through. Not only is it back breaking and you need to be a gymnast - it is so frustrating when it doesn't end up clear !!

Spray with vinegar and water and wipe down with crumpled up newspaper. Should be streak free. Additionally, don't forget to NOT clean while the sun is beating down on it ;-)

Use a thick rag and windex is how we clean ours. There are special soft cloths made for cleaning cars. These work well too.

And don't let anyone smoke or use fingernail polish or removers in your vehicles. Best wishes 😇

Wow! Mary Bradshaw, I let that slip my mind!

And by chance, there was an ad on here somewhere for a microfiber cloth to clean the inside of your windshield. I remember when a chamois was the greatest thing going—real chamois.
