Try putting them all in one area for now, and put shiny side up aluminum foil. When they jump up onto the foil, the noise. of the foil will scare them. Then one by one put them back where you had them, with foil underneath that sticks out from the bottom of the plant.
Put some lemon balm in them, cats hate this, I have no idea if it will hurt your orchids but I doubt it,, it also makes your home smell lovely
There isn't much you can do except keep them out of reach. I have 3 cats and they all love to nibble - but some plants are toxic so it is smart to assume they are all dangerous and put them where they can be seen but not eaten.
