Happy Thanksgiving! Hope everyone has a peaceful day enjoying time with your families. Being American, what is served for a traditional Canadian Thanksgiving?

Our dinner is basically the same as yours: turkey with all the "fixings". Some opt for ham instead of turkey, and some people I know, try to stretch the warm weather by barbecuing.
I usually prepare, as I did today, a boneless turkey breast and thigh roll/roast.
