Amonoia should do trick. Or heavy duty toilet cleaner with amonoa....it should start to bubble and fizz then rinses away

Try kitty litter to absorb the oil.
  • Get a good driveway degreaser sold at any hardware or home improvement store.

Simple green is biodegradable and was invented for that purpose! Use a stiff bristled brush and it should do the job.

Take an electronic photo of stain. Apply undiluted Dawn liquid soap. Let stand at least 6 HRS. Wash with warm/hot water. Dab "dry. Another electronic photo. Allow to air dry, at least 6 Hrs., less if in sunlight .
Compare finial results with previous photos; repeat as needed.
Before second try, apply 1/2 solution of "Chlox" to remove organic portions of stain. Sun baked stains will take longer; if ever.
