Jo-Anne try your closest Habitat Restore. They have used and sometime new items.
Even if a big box store doesn't have the item in store, you can order it online.

Hello Jo-Anne Meister, Have you tried checking out a local Habitat shop? When buildings are torn down, sometimes all the usable /reusable materials and furniture will be donated to a HABITAT FOR HUMANITY resale store. I am not sure what part of the country (or globe) you live in but I am certain if you Google your area and inquire "nearest Habitat for Humanity Store" (or something similar to that) you will find it ;)
This is a STANDARD variety of cabinet hinges, you can find these wherever hinges are sold.
Instead of replacing the old hinges try to find hidden hinges. They're the kind that are on the inside of the cabinets. They don't show when the doors are closed. It really makes a huge difference in how the cabinets look. You will need to sand and putty old holes before you paint.
Or you could do what I did...spray paint them!! Make sure they are all clean and dry. Use some sand paper just to rough up the surface a little bit on both sides and spray paint them any color you want. I used Rustoleum's Brushed Oil Bronze (about $5/can at Walmart ) to go with my Country White cupboards. I used 2 cans and applied 2 coats to each. Be sure to paint each hinge with it open" and closed. You don't want to see any old surface color when you put them back on your cupboards. I saved a couple hundred dollars (as I have 36 cabinets in my kitchen). Good Luck!!
If you like the style of the hinges you could just paint them white with a metal paint (rustoleum)
