I have a miter box for angles. Not large or expensive.
You can go to your local hardware store and see if the rent equipment on a short term basis. It would be impossible to get a perfect mitre without a saw.

They make plastic ones, you can buy at a hardware store, their about 8 inches long.

Take a square of cardboard the same size as the board you want to miter. Draw a line from corner to corner, cut the line and you have 45 degrees. If you want to miter the corners on a table top or something, Use a larger piece of cardboard.
