Are they double paned windows? If not the moisture inside your bathroom (and some from your bedroom) is probably adhearing to the glass. I would ask at a store that replaces glass. My guess is you have single pane windows and would need to have the single pane glass be replaced with double panes. But check the price AND possibility that it can be done. If not you will most likely have to replace the windows themselves.
It sounds like the seals are gone on the indows

There are ways to help with this problem. 1. Buy an Humidifier or Cheaper way is to go to Home store and buy Damp Control Boxes. (They contain Silica Gel, and absorb the water in the air) You could also use Clingfilm or Polythene attached to a Frame and attached to your own frame, to give a sort of Double Glazing.........
The condensation is from the moist atmosphere in your home connecting to the cool glass. You can cut back on your moisture in the home but you probably cannot eliminate it all. You could add clear plastic window kits to help keep in heat in the winter. It would prevent moisture build up in the sills.
The condensation is because the warmth and the humidity is higher inside. A dehumidifier would be helpful. Try the 3M window film that you shrink on the windows to see if adding that layer will help. You can't even see it once is shrunk down. It will also stop any cold breezes coming from around the windows when is gets cold.
You need new windows or insulate the walls around it.
My pleasure...
