Very ez measure how much you need and if you measure the sections you need Home Depot will cut them for you and you just nail them in place and keep them natural or paint them.
It requires a little know how but it is easily done. Put some pressure treated two-bys on the bottom for nailers and use the underside of the deck to nail the top to.I would use pressure treated lattice and either nail or screw to the nailers.A door can be made from 2 by 4 presssure treated wood,cover with lattice and put a couple of hinges and a hook and eye to keep it closed.
