Vinyl! Easy to maintain.

You can get linoleum (is that word still even used?) thatreally looks like tile. We also used a type of tile called Adura. It doesn't need caulk, and looks very nice. Life tip? Go with something the color of swirly dirt.

At first we were very surprised as to why she would do it, as it's a laminate, but so far so good :D
