have you tried a product like Roundup? Just be sure it stays on your drive and not other plants or grass.
Moss doesn't have the ability to lift your driveway. Something else is doing it and the moss is just there to make things a little more decorative. Chances are a moisture source is messing with your driveway and making it possible for the moss to thrive.
