I am unclear as to what to do with this part of my house, "The Breakfast Nook".
Can't see where the crack is to advise you. But when in doubt with electrical stuff, replace it.
contact the contractor and have them fix it for free. this should not happen soon after installation. use guilt. challenge their workmanship and warranty if you have to. social media etc. if they fix it and you're happy with them be sure to write a glowing review. 8^)
Is the crack in the switch plate or the tile?
Elastomeric latex sealant comes in clear and colors. Gives it a finished look.
I 'think' I see a small crack in the tile at the top left corner of the middle switch..and another diagonal crack towards the end of the thin white strip 4 strips down from the end plate, but frankly..the caulking job is messy and these tiles usually come on a backing sheet which is cut to fit and can be pried off and redone. I agree with Wynnkin...call the contractor, or if this is a rental and you didn't order the work-call the landlord and suggest they have it redone. It's a fairly easy fix for professional tilesetters...or even a talented amateur.
Have them (the tile installers) come back and fix the cracks. If your landlord arranged for the tiles to be put in then call landlord and explain what has happened so he can call the tile people.
I dont see the issue you need addressing. By toggle, do you mean the outlet in the middle?
Craft paints could be used to color the caulk and make it blend with the tile, so it wouldn't be as noticeable. You can get really crafty if you want. Lots of ideas on Pinterest! https://www.pinterest.com/explore/outlet-covers/
Do you have “boo boo covers” (Pacific northwest name) where you live? They are extra large outlet covers that hide goofs In the wall.
