Is it fabric or plastic? If you wash a fabric shower curtain or liner before first use, it is less likely to mildew in the future.
If plastic, lay in the sun for a bit or heat it up with a hair dryer.
Unless it is a wicked heavy one, running hot water on it will soften it up a bit. Drape it, pull wrinkles out of it right after.
what is the material
Can you put it in the dryer with a damp towel and use VERY low heat.
Throw it in the dryer for a minute or two,
I wash mine in hot water about once a month with a towel. Gets rid of any residue and then I hang it up in the shower to dry.
Naomie, so true, I washed my liner because it had mildew; now it doesn't get any mildew any more. I didn't know! Thanks!
