You should be able to create something similar to a "fluff box" by simply using a couple of nails or better yet a couple of command hooks facing the opposite way from each other and following the directions on the first video posted for you. No need for a box, just use a bungee cord to ensure the piece of wood or plastic doesn't move around from the surface upon which you are working.
