Chloe, these are mostly all using the pro-bow and their own fluff box.
Even though it says she will show you how to make your own, she does not.

You should be able to create (diy) something similar to a "fluff box" by simply using a couple of nails or better yet a couple of command hooks facing the opposite way from each other and following the directions on the first video posted for you. No need for a box, just use a bungee cord to ensure the piece of wood or plastic with the nails/cup holders doesn't move around from the surface upon which you are working.
