How do I get blood out of towels?
Have several towels with old dried blood (they have not been washed)
Pour peroxide over the blood should come right out
fresh use hot water and soap.. Old, use cold water and scrub with soap.
Cold water if a lot washing machine, if small BLOT with small cloth and pad underneath . You can also try peroxide.
If the towel is not white in color, do not use peroxide, as it will remove the color.
If the blood has already set, in otherwards if the blood has dried, and is not fresh, then warmer water can be used.
-Make a damp paste of borox laundry detergent. Lay the towel as flat as you can against a hard surface, and gently scrub with a stiff, short bristle brush. Rinse, and apply more paste as you go.
-When you can no longer see any blood, after the final rise, immediately wash as usual in hot water and regular laundry soap.
Has it already been washed and dried? You may want to try peroxide in with the wash water.
Bio wash powder
hydrogen peroxide and soap
1. First hand wash out as much as you can with cold water.
2. Then hand wash with straight hydrogen peroxide and rinse with luke warm water. Repeat step two till the stain is gone.
