Hello. Put hydrogen peroxide on it. Let it sit and bubble then repeat. You should see the stain start to go away. Wash it as you would normally.
Hydrogen peroxide is my go to for blood stains!
Before you wash in the washer: rincse with cold water and, perhaps, most of it will come out. If not, I use peroxide to soak it in, rub fabrid together and then wash as usual. Be sure to check it before putting in the dryer. If it is not gone, treat again. The dryer can set the stain.
Hydrogen peroxide. Put some paper towels below, pour the peroxide on the stain, it will foam up, so use more paper towel to absorb the “foam”. Repeat the process until the stain is gone. Launder as usual.

Hi Donna: I agree with the others, Hydrogen Peroxide, like you get at the store, is great. If the stain is fresh, just pour on the Hydrogen Peroxide and let it bubble up. After that, blot and re apply the Hydrogen Peroxide until it stops bubbling up. Then, if the stain is older, blot with a weak mix of bleach and water until the stain is gone.
Sponge the stain with hydrogen peroxide or rub bar soap into the stain and scrub by hand in cold water. Apply laundry pre-treater or rub in liquid laundry detergent, and wash the remaining stain in warm water with a fabric-safe bleach until the stain is gone. Avoid the dryer.
