If you call a plumber, they can adjust the stream. Access to the pipes should be available without tearing a hole in the wall. You could look on the entrance wall just beneath the bowl or the bricks holding the bowl. You might be lucky enough to find an emergency shutoff valve, a water pressure valve, and a drain line. Then you could experiment adjusting the spray yourself. If you break something, call the plumber faster. 😇
