I would think any of the paints made for plastics would work. Walmart has it now, also Home Depot, Lowe's and other stores.
Rustoleum and Krylon both make a paint formulated for plastics, Janine. Both brands are commonly available at hardware stores and places like Walmart.

In the past I have used testors enamel model paints on glass ball Christmas ornaments and it is lasted decades. I highly recommend them -if you don’t need a large volume paint -as they are very small jars. They can be mixed to make custom colors and need a paint thinner. They have a glossy shine.
They are found in the hobby departments or at Amazon.
Use a outdoor spray paint from Rustoleum for plastic
.Home Depot, etc. usually have paints made for plastic.
Rustoleum makes paint for plastic. It comes in assorted colors.
I’m afraid I’ve gotten addicted to sealing everything, for outside or inside. So when you finish painting with anything except enamel or waterproof paint, spray with a clear sealer made for the outdoors. Best wishes 😇
