Change the washer. It is a little ring near where the drip is located.
See if this helps. At my house, 9 times out of 10 mine just need new "o" rings as my kitchen is the most used faucet in the house.

Hi P, Here's a how to video that may help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUWl-Ub_Ow8
Good luck!
This is a ten step method. Pop the caps on top of the faucet, H/C. Take a wrench with teeth, and loosen the part that's off color beige. Take that part off. Fell with your finger, and pull out the gasket and the small spring. Get new springs, and gaskets and put the gasket in the hole with the spring. There's a way to put the spring back, it's either small end first or large end first, ask at the hardware store. Next reverse what you've done and the leak will stop. After you pop off the cap remove the faucet handle. Merry Christmas.
Change the washer
Depending on what type of faucets you have you may have too change the washer or the cartridge inside.
May need a gasket.
Take a photo of your faucet and show it to the hardware guy. He can probably hand you the kit you need.
