There are all kinds of wire or cord covers that you can buy. I've never looked locally, but you might try asking at Lowes or Home Depot. If not, just search for wire covers or cord covers online. I know they have them at Amazon but there may be other places. Wishing you the best & Happy New Year!
cord covers from office supply company or pvc pipe
Ideally, they go behind a wall, but . . . .
Ask at your home improvement store or hardware store, and look online. There are SO many products out there, depending on whether it's at a desk, under a wall - mounted TV, along a floor/ wall joint, or across a walkway. Look at lots of options before you decide & consider the colors and how they'll look in your setting.
Cord covers! They come in different sizes and choose one that you can paint, then paint the same color as your wall so that it disappears as much as possible. I used one in my kitchen to hide the electric and cable cords. Here are a couple examples. Any hardware or home improvement center will have something in stock.

Wire covers, it helps to band them together with small zip ties from the dollar tree every 6 inches to compact them down. https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_3_11?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=wire+covers+for+wall&sprefix=wire+covers%2Caps%2C264&crid=KK5WNGB9OXXS
Don't know what that square black box cable is, but I would get some double side foam tape and tape it to the underside of your mantel right there.
You could also fish all those wires through the drywall down to an outlet or if one isn't close use a power strip to the site on the floor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xSqbXl5m4_o&t=227s
Hidee! I used a white cord cover from Ikea. The black box...do what the lady above did & tape (double sided) it under the mantle. Ikea has a ton of great organizing ideas.
I put a small picture frame in front of our cable box.
Pool noodle cut slit down to put wires in. Paint to match wall. Or build a three sided long box to hide wires in. You can make one for each side of fire place to balance it out. You can add the small square things on tip to make it special. Good luck.
I put a ficus plant in front of my wires!
In search of!
Crown molding..the foam kind, match it on the other side of the fireplace
I use cord covers for mine.
Could you put a piece of wood moulding on either side of your FP, stained the colour of the mantel? I would attach it with velcro on an angle on the left, so it is easily accessible.
