what is the table made of? Is it a wood?
Not sure what I am looking at..maybe a little explanation or another pic...sorry
If it were just a white ring on the table, it could be removed by using a hot blow dryer held over the spot for a couple of minutes. But since it is blistered, it will have to be sanded down and matched to the rest of the table.... a lot more difficult job!
You might try taking a piece of wax paper and an iron set on medium no steam. Move the iron in circles over the wax paper. Use a big enough piece of wax paper. Keep checking often to see if it's going back to near normal. I might help and it can't make it any worse. I it's not doing anything on medium turn the iron up a little.
