If you want to keep the fabric, move the center panel to the other side and put a contrasting or matching panel in the center. Maybe just a black panel. The fabric looks like a classic pattern, You might be able to find it in a quality fabric store.
That's pretty, maybe use in a garden? Pinterest may have a better idea though.
If you could move the panel over to the missing side, anchor it outside and make a planter in front of the missing fabric.
Separate them and hang them as a pair on a wall for a fabulous wall arrangement
To expand on prior suggestions, move the middle fabric panel to the end and put a mirror in the middle. Great dressing room touch.
Or, remove fabric and paint the metal with an outside paint (Rustoleum) and train a flowering vine on the vertical rods...
If you move them and the ‘empty is in the middle you can hang black fabric top to bottom and hang framed photos in the middle space.
change the fabric and make a headboard....
That looks like a lovely toile fabric. Like others have said, move the middle panel to the right and add another fabric in middle. . . a black and white check, or stripe would work well, or you could pad underneath a plain black and add criss crossed ribbons on top and use as a bulletin/picture board.
I've been looking for one so I could make one of these: https://i.pinimg.com/736x/51/54/f2/5154f2217e4c97976edab54c8d412d21--diy-room-divider-screen-divider-diy.jpg
It is a nice chinoiserie/toile print and a lovely piece. I’ve seen similar prints of black on cream at various fabric stores. You could always change all three panels and use new fabric of your choice and then re-purpose the two panels. Or find a coordinating print and place it in the middle. I really like the wrought iron with the print.
Check to see if you can find the same material if not find something you like. It looks like its hung with rods. You can make your own by checking the ones on it. You then use in corner or use as head board. Good luck & have fun with it.
I wood look for bamboo runners (or even cheap bamboo beach mats cut to size) that would fit the width of the panel and replace the fabric with the bamboo. This would give you more of a neutral look and the privacy screen could be used both indoors or outdoors.
Remove all of the material pickup some PVC pipe and make the pipe as long as the complete divider. Paint pipe to match. Drill small holes every inch straight down the length of pipe. Attach pipe at top of divider with holes facing down. Either build a base or tub that is about 20 inches tall. Put in liner and small pump fill with water. Will be gorgeous
