To clarify...do you mean to POP off the stone or a POP of color?
You can paint it with chalk paint! Water it down a bit and then make sure to apply a good wax sealer.
Color is dull grout is dull
First vacuum with an attachment to get off all dust.
Then consider TSP. Scrub with a brush with TSP. This is very strong. Wear gloves and safety goggles. Available at paint stores. It is a powder you xix in water. Used to prep surfaces for painting.
