The command hangers will adhere to walls and not leave a residue or stain when you remove them. I use them everywhere in our home on walls, cabinet doors, etc.

Look at the poundage they hold and then go bigger than what the item weighs to be safe. We went with the command strips to hold our sound system on the wall by the TV. Because the speakers all are heavy for their size we went for more poundage on the strips we got. Make sure that you let them sit on the wall and the piece for a while before you hang them so they are securely attached before you hang the piece. Use more than one for larger pieces to distribute the weight more. We had the speakers up for two years and had to move them when we got a larger TV. Undid the Velcro holding them up, pulled the tabs straight down and removed all five speakers without a mark on the wall. We got a new package to put the speakers back up and they have been up for about two months now without a problem.
