Put some Velcro on those top windows, out of the same fabric or something close to it, cut and hem triangular pieces to fit the upper windows. You may only need to have Velcro on the upper portion of the triangles. You can get it in the kind that has sticky tape on each one, so you won't need to glue them. I hope this helps! If not, maybe it will help stimulate the grey matter to come up with another solution while you watch football today. I'm rooting for Jacksonville and the Vikings! They both could use a good win and go to the super bowl.

Is the film on the windows mirrored? We live in FL and founded the mirror window film reflexes back the sun. We purchased on Amazon.
You can cover the odd shaped window with clear contact paper and then I like the look of a rod with long drapes
there is a reflective foil you can buy from a car spares shop its called reflective privacy shield foil give that a try to reflect the suns rays eric
Since the whole purpose of a sun room is to let the sun in, I'd leave the top windows bare. Then, I'd have blinds or shades installed to control the amount of light, at any given time of the day.
Hoffd, I had the same problem and this is how I solved it: Take a look at my "Transom Window Treatment" project. I've had over 82K views on it, 161 people "want to try it" and 45 comments. I will tell you that it significantly reduced the heat in summer, keeps it warmer in winter, requires no nails, velcro and easily pops out if you want to change it. As for "blocking the sun", that's exactly what I wanted to do.
