How To Clean Floor And Ceiling Vents in The Dishwasher
Hidden Agenda . . . Could you be this courageous?
About every 2 years I take down my ceiling vents and put them in the dishwasher! Yup, it works, they come out sparkling. Then I run vinegar through a cycle of the dishwasher to clean it. Then I spray paint them with Rustoleum if needed and reinstall. They are only held on by 2 screws, very easy to take down and put back.
This is a vent that is large and hinged...so tou can’t take it down and put in the dishwashe. So what do you recommend for a large one?
