Bleach kills mold.
Without removing the wallpaper is tricky, and think about tracking down the source of it too as it may return even if you kill it this time. You really don't want to live with mold if possible. If you or a a neighbor has a pool, see if you can borrow a pool pole with broom attachment to let you scrub up high on the wall, that will help too. Plus I found this:

I just googled this and it looks like bleach might not be the best answer. I can tell you I used bleach in the kitchen on dry wall, and it worked great for me. I asked a contractor and bleach was what he said to use. I didn't soak the area with bleach just sprayed it on lightly. You don't want to wrinkle the drywall paper ykwim?
Hydrogen peroxide can be a better solution, but nothing will guarantee it won't come back. Spores can survive where you don't see them.
