It depends. Has your grass started to show signs of growth? It is warm during the day but you are still hovering around freezing at night. Mine broke dormancy last week so I have started to water, (mid 80's here today, 40ish overnight). I Googled and found you some Albuquerque specific links. See if they help.

The man who cuts our lawn thatched all the dead grass and winter weeds Feb. 2. We are getting a little rain a week later. We needs to get our preemergent weed killer down now, and Spring fertilizer. We are near Dallas, TX, and it’s usually a lot warmer in Albuquerque. Happy Summer. ☺️
