If the bulbs are safe in the ground they should be fine. Squarrels are the biggest danger to any bulbs that I've ever planted!
They survive English Winters..........
As long as they are planted as deep as they are supposed to be, they will be fine. Mine come up every spring after the nasty cold winters we have here in Minnesota. We do have some mild frosts and freezes after they start coming up and it doesn't seem to really bother mine. I have had it snow when they are coming up and it doesn't bother them at all.
Dec.-Jan. is the preferred time to plant bulbs at my house, in north Texas. But many bulbs stay in the ground year round. As long as they don’t freeze, thaw, and get mushy, they should be fine. I love the late Feb. jonquils and tulips. ☺️
provided you planted them correctly and at the proper time yes
