Test your soil to see what is missing or what you have too much of.

One should never indiscriminately throw fertilizers down without testing the soil. You are trying to correct soil problems but have no way to know what those problems are. You may be doing more harm than good.
You have several avenues, like a simple soil test kit from the hardware store, but a Google search will help you to find a soil testing laboratory near you.
This may sound very weird. Take a board and bang the trunk of the tree a few time's. Not hard enough to damage the trunk but hard. My dad always did this to his fruit trees as he said "It gets the sap moving". All I can tell you is we always had fruit on the trees. If your trees are young they do take about three years before they produce fruit. Fertilizer never hurts either. I hope this helps. Let me know?
How many of each tree do you have? Peaches are self pollinating, apples and pears do not. See if these links help!

Give your local Ag Extension a call, they will have reliable local information to help you out.
call your local extension agent for the right stuff for your area, why take a chance when a peach tree does not bear fruit before its 20 years old?
