I would get back in touch with the Company and ask them how you could )do it, and would the roof take the weight.. Do you mean Plastic Window (perspex) or Polycarbonate. Shingles - Do you mean Clay Roof Tiles or Felt shingles?
Without know how the roof section of the structure is made, it's hard to give an answer.
