I’ve tried to Tomcat trap and the Sweeney worms and they both didn’t work for my troubles. Some have suggested to get a cat.

If you can find the holes take a small plastic bag, insert a cloth soaked with household ammonia, seal the bag and the clip the corner and then place the bag in the hole entrance.
