Check your dryer from time to time. Take them out and put back in again, Do not over dry and Fold. Do not let dryer get cold before removing washing.
Dry your sheets with tennis balls. Also make sure the sheets are not all rolled up into a ball when you transfer from washer to dryer.
Are you trying to dry too many items at one time? I use felted wool dryer balls, it does help.
Definitely do not wait until the dryer stops. Do not overload the dryer, the more that is in there, the more the items in the dryer get bunched up and wrinkle. As soon as they are dry, remove them and fold them. I don't think that there are any that are truly wrinkle free. Either you iron them or live with a few wrinkles, or you put them on the bed right from the dryer.
Those sheets that have a lesser percentage of cotton in them will wrinkle less... but they are not as soft or absorbent or comfortable to sleep on...
The suggestions above are correct... the sheets need to be able to move around in the dryer...the more crowded it is.. the more they will wrinkle. I have a king size bed and a front loading washer and dryer... most time I will wash and dry the top and bottom sheet separately (quick wash and quick dry) to give them space and be sure to take them out immediately, and don't let them sit in the basket too long before folding.
Sounds like you may be over loading the dryer, try drying one sheet, one pillow case, and throw in some tennis balls to prevent the sheet/clothes from twisting and getting balled up. You can buy them at the Dollar store, 3 for $1.00

okay thanks... one of the few I didn't try.
thanks Lindav601, I have done that. even tried delicate, wash in cold water.. done everything with all different brands... only ones I found a few years ago was Alfred Sung, but cannot find them in any store.
BUT thank you for reply and suggestion.
hello all,
thank you but doing all that you have suggested.. still having problems, my sheets I shake out from the washer, and only 2 twin size sheets at one time. they still come out like I rolled them in a ball... I have spent a lot of money on different manufacturers and stores and still have this problem, also my dryer is reasonably new, so it is not that, and wash only in cool water..
frustrating which is why I turned to Hometalk I was hoping someone else had this problem over the past couple of years and had a solution.
thank you all for your help, I just may have to finally lightly iron the sheets... yikes..
yes, last order for sheets was cotton and percale, wrinkle free, they were like rolled up paper that needed to be ironed to flatten... tried all the above answers.. was really looking for any brand names that were good for wrinkle free here in Stuart area, Florida.. we are snowbirds and I am having trouble finding sheets that are actually mostly wrinkle free.
thank you all for your help.. much appreciate your taking the time to answer and your suggestions..
