The hydrainia doesn't bloom under the shade. You need to plant this kind of plant in the area that has a lot of sun shine
Hi Linda! I was reading that non-blooming hydrangeas usually need phosphorous-rich fertilizer soil. Another way to add phosphorous is Bone Meal. I personally have used Bone Meal for years with all types of flowers and it really works. You can buy it at WalMart or any garden center. I would try to mix in some of the phosphorus-rich soil into the soil around the plants. I hope that helps.
You might want to get your soil tested. Too much nitrogen or a lack of phosphorus in the soil could be the reason. An abundance of nitrogen produces lush green growth, but little to no blooms. Phosphorus is responsible for the flowering and fruiting in most plants, so the addition of a phosphorus-rich fertilizer may be all that is needed to correct this

Are you pruning it? It blooms on old wood. A lot of people prune away the blooms. Try not pruning for a couple of years.
I have this problem also I was told it needs stressed
