Orchids need a certain amount of moisture. Are you misting it? Is it getting enough water? Does it need to be potted up" into a larger pot? Do you have it warm enough?
orchid leaves should not be sprayed. https://laidbackgardener.blog/2017/02/08/help-my-orchid-is-losing-its-leaves/
Are you sure you didn't over water it? You could have root rot. The pots they are in don't drain, if you are not careful, the pot can hold too much water and rot the roots. My daughter had one that she got last fall and it never seemed to dry out and when she brought it to me it was almost dead and most of the roots were dead. I repotted it in bark and it was ok and seemed to be coming back for about three months, but now the two leaves are dying. I don't think that what was left of the roots was enough to sustain the plant.
I would pay attention to its water intake- good luck :)
