Get some rubber leg pads/cups for your furniture legs, and there are some new non-slip types on there too.... https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_3_18?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=furniture+leg+pads+for+hardwood+floors&sprefix=furniture+leg+pads%2Caps%2C215&crid=2L8G28CJU42Z2

By using the shelf liner that is a waffle woven rubber type material. You can get rolls of it at dollar stores. Cut pieces to fit furniture legs/feet you don't have to use glue. The weight of furniture should hol in place
I have bought some accent rugs in my rooms to protect my floors and keep the furniture from sliding.
Hi Arie, I recommend using furniture grippers under the legs of your furniture. They are made for this exact purpose. Very affordable. Available on line and at your local home improvement store. Wishing you all the best.
Rubber cups that slide onto the feet
Condoms 😆
Very cheap rolls of latex, from those plentiful craft like shops/// make sure the colour you pick blends or matches floor areas.. Simply cut a cm bigger than the base parts that sit on the floor of your furnishings & put them in place.. Double up if you feel that more protection is required:)))
Put small rubber pads on the legs.
I have used the no skid drawer liner. Cut it to fit the leg on your furniture and set in place.
Thanks Becca.
Thanks Sharon, I'll give it a try.
