Depending on its size you can use glass paint and create a faux stained glass suncatcher.

If the frame can be reglued, make it into a tray by putting an appropriate size board under it. Something decorative under the glass, small non-scratch feet/felt pads under it.
replace the glass part with a piece of plywood cover it with wallpaper fabric. or paint , use as key rack
Have you tried to glue the frame back together using clamps to hold it tight until dry?
I would decoupage it. Although this glass is framed, the decoupage could be done on just the glass
