Is there a way to get the yellowing off this Rubbermaid dish trainer?

This is supposed to be clear but over time, the part nearest the sink has turned this ugly yellow. Some of the rest of it has, too, but not as much. I've washed it, scrubbed it and put bleach on it and it stays the same. I've had others of various colors over the years and they all turned an ugly color, too. I was going to buy another one, but if this is what they all become, why bother? I'm thinking I'll just put a couple of layers of drying towels under the drainer. Does anyone have ideas for the best way to have a draining pad that's not an eyesore? This looks like I've never cleaned it. ☹️

I have hard water and had a hard time keeping a draining rack looking clean. I ended up buying a copy of drying mats and love them! I throw one in the wash with my towels and put out the clean one. No fuss, no muss and no more discolored yucky drainers.
