Yes it looks like the leaves of my lemon tree.
It could be a lemon tree. It looks like my white grapefruit I started from seed about 16 years ago. It, too, has thorns. It will never flower or bear fruit because it would have to be spliced into wild citrus stock to do so. However it is a handsome tree in my yard, close to 6 feet tall.
This looks like one of the lemon trees my daughter started from seed. I would als say that the three trees she started all look quite different in size, but the leaves are similar.
If you crush one of the leaves, the citrus smell will be like it’s fruit
