A fence.
You can buy repellents, but, honestly, the only thing that works is a fence. You can try sprinkling talcom powder on them. You can find motion sensor hoses that squirt them. You can establish a feeder for them with corn that attracts them away (check about laws where you live). But they are grazing animals and will nibble hosted and veggies down to nothing. Fence or wire protectors.
Maybe add a fence around your plants if you don't have one. But you have to make it high enough because the deer can jump quite high.
Irish spring soap. Buy at dollar store. Cut in half to hang or shred it and put around your flowers
A product called DEER GUARD has always worked for me. You can buy it online. There is no odor that is detected by humans. I used it for many many years in my flower garden. I applied it to the plants when the "sprouts" were about an inch high...especially to my hostas. I also used it on my oriental lily buds. It sprays on a milky white color but dries clear.
Nothing seems to work in my area. My deer love everything.
