If you’re able to run electricity you’ll need to install a pond pump and filter. This will filter out the gunk, as well as keep the water moving to keep mosquitoes from developing. If you don’t have electricity try a solar fountain to keep the water moving.
You can identify the low places where the runoff enters the pond and create a diversion trench with soil and stones or a dry riverbed that will carry the runoff away from your pond.
Call State Dept. of Agriculture and see if they can help you. If there is manure or other feces in runoff, it's not good for you, the steams, animals...you get the drift. That is what the DOA is for. Also your county Extension Service is worth a call.
"Great" responses above. HA HA! Create a berm to divert water away from the pond.
My ideas was to build a berm too.
I would dig a trench somewhere between your field and the pond to divert the water somewhere else. You could put either French Drain conduit or a metal conduit into the trench to a lower area or a catch basin(s). https://www.homedepot.com/b/Search/N-5yc1vZbv13/Ntk-Extended/Ntt-french+drain?Ntx=mode+matchpartialmax&NCNI-5 perforated pipe
