How make tulip bush bloom?

Plant 5 years ago tulip bush bloomed every year last year only had 3 blooms this year none!!

It may need a boost of fertilizer. Try placing compost around the base to give it some nutrients.
Check the ph levels of your soil. Easy kits can be purchased at home & garden stores. This will help ensure your plant is getting the nutrients it needs.
The bulbs may be too crowded. Tulips grow more and more blues each year and need to be decided occasionally.
The most important things you can do is choose the right location to plant your tulips. The location MUST be well drained and in full sun. The more intense the sun the better.
