Maybe a vibrant blue? I'd ho on Pintrest and search for doors for some ideas.
Warm Chestnut Brown Garage and door with the lighter colour trims as in door at present, Or As colour exists with lighter trim and outline frames on Garage. Or Strong Burn Orange colour, Or Avocado Green or Deep Turquoise..........
Me personally, I would do blue or purple. Download project color from the app store and put that pic in. You might need to use the app first to paint the door and garage door white, save it and then go back in with the new pic. On the white doors you will be able to test out a million colors in the app. I love the app. I play with a ton of colors before deciding what I want to use and it costs nothing for me to do that. But I think you can do just about any color that isn't pale. The colors I would stay away from would be orange, yellow or green. Red would certainly work. I bought a sample paint to paint my door red and still have some paint left over. That was a year ago. I'm about to paint it an eggplant color now.
Hi, you have a lovely home. Paint it blue. Below is a rich blue that will complement the siding color beautifully. Also, if you have the siding color left, paint the garage that color. Right now it's the focal point of the house because of it's size. Painting it the siding color will make the brick pop visually. Paint the house numbers the same color blue. Good luck.
Personally, I would do a natural wood brown, very dark brown, or reddish brown would all look great. Yes, do the garage door the same color.
I will say Bijous has a good idea! I however like the way your house is painted now. I think it's beautiful. My suggestion would be if you want a pop of color do it with the flowers you use around your pretty home. Put a colorful wreath on your front door, add some vivid bright colored flowers in your flowerbeds and flower pot to break up the endless green you have or perhaps a new colorful tree in your front yard like a red maple or flowering tree like a pretty cherry tree. Add a few small touches to your porch that add color like adding a colorful outdoor rug or colorful welcome mat. You could also add a pretty solar metal lantern at the corner of your landing to add some soft lighting or add a solar post lamp in your walkway flower pot along with some pretty annual flowers. I would also paint your house numbers a brighter color especially if you use some brightly colored silk flowers on your porch in either a wreath or real flowers in pot. There so many things you can do to change the look of your home without breaking the bank or completely changing the colors of your home. Done right you can get both elegance and beauty with minimal work.
Something fun and bright with a pretty wreath, you can always repaint
Before painting house, it looks a little brighter here :)
If you don't want to paint the whole house but just the doors and trim, I would suggest a dark green color. It would make verything popl
Sorry it was too small above.
Buy some sample colors of various paint colors and try them before you spend a lot of money on paint and don't like the color.
Thank you all!! I appreciate all the ideas. I’m kinda leaning towards a burgundy similiar to the lava rock in front. I’ve since had the front landscaped so the lava rock is more pronounced than what’s pictured now.
An olive green would look nice....
I suggest just going to Micheal's & looking at the Deco Arts front door paint & see what colors jump out at you. Buy a couple colors you like in smaller sizes & test it on your door. Then go back & get the color you really like in the front door paint. It's an easy project. I did mine a few months ago- check my page for all the details.
Brown like the roof, or Strong Burnt orange or maybe Dark Olive Green?
