I found this online.

Twist off lid .
Remove protective seal using a craft knife to cut seal
around mouth of bottle .
B
Load a clean FolkArt Ultra Dye brush with FolkArt Ultra Dye Satin
Varnish and lightly brush on a smooth coat of varnish over a one-color
dyed project. Do not over-stroke the surface when applying the
varnish as it may reactivate the dye and spread the color.

I read all the info and reviews on Amazon. I didn't even see it was concentrated! From what I understood I was going to treat it as a stain. I've used colored stain before on wood, it's really pretty!
I got mine and just wiped on some bare wood to see what it would do. USE GLOVES, it does wash off but it takes a few hours!
Mine is HOT pink, congratulations on earning the gift from Hometalkers! I just wiped it on a piece of practice wood with a rag to get an idea how it will work. I look forward to seeing your project. I advise use of gloves and have fun!
