to start the plants or to transplant them? trans plants go out when the temps are 60 degree f or better. starting from seed - they hit transplant stage in about 6 weeks.
Maybe not yet for you as you are farther up north. I had mine in ground in March. Have had a few chilly nights so I just covered them.
