Spray with vinegar, full strength. Easy and fast. You will never ever be rid of weeds, spread by wind, wildlife and people.
All you can do is kill them as they come. You could look for a weed killer that lasts for a year, it is out there, if you don't mind using chemicals.
We bought cement crack filler, look at Lowes or Home Depot in the cement department. Kill the weeds first with vinegar or boiling water.
make a solution of white vinegar and water add a dash of salt and soap
Pouring boiling water on the weeds will kill them right away, but it won't prevent new ones from growing.
We used regular table salt to kill the weeds in the driveway and sidewalk cracks. Safe if you have pets too.
Thank you ,I'm going to look for that !
Hi L.D, Hi there, You can fill wide cracks with concrete crack filler in a caulk tube. Then you can resurface the slab.
